"I’ll be honest, I’m always a little nervous..."
I’ll be honest, I’m always a little nervous ordering online because I don’t want to get fooled or end up with the wrong stuff. But my order from knife-depot.com showed up exactly right. Nothing was missing, nothing was mixed up, and the box was packed really well. Everything arrived clean and in good shape. It was a simple order, but they handled it the way they should, so I’ve got no complaints.

"Blade didn’t hold up"
I was disappointed with this knife, the blade got dull way faster than I expected and the handle just felt kind of cheap in my hand.

"Pretty good deal for the price"
I picked up a small folding knife from here it was a good deal. The price felt fair, and shipping wasn’t toooo bad either. The quality was about what I expected for what I paid, so I really don’t have any complaints.

"Nice variety of knives"
They’ve got a big selection of knives, honestly. I found a few brands I don’t usually come across, so that was cool. Took me a little while to pick one, but I guess that’s a good problem to have

"Solid knife that came nice and sharp"
I ordered this knife from knife-depot.com and it showed up sharp right out of the box. I’ve used it on some cardboard and a few basic cutting tasks, and it went through everything cleanly without any fuss.
The only reason I’d knock it down to 4 stars is that shipping took a bit longer than I was expecting. Other than that, the knife feels sturdy and works well so far, so I’m happy with it.

"The knife showed up in good..."
The knife showed up in good shape, so that part was fine, but the shipping was way slower than what they estimated. Tracking barely moved the whole time, which was annoying, and I had to email twice before I got an actual answer. So yeah, the product was okay, but I wouldn’t really count on their delivery timing.

"Support took way too long"
The knife itself was fine, no real complaints there. But getting a response from customer service was a pain. I emailed twice and didn’t hear back until days later, and even then the reply was super short. It wasn’t a total disaster or anything, just frustrating when all I wanted was a quick update
